POSITION – CNC operating
JOB LOCATION – Saukville, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire and Long-Term Temporary
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (7-3)
STARTING PAY – $18-19 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of experience
Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting.
2. Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining operations.
3. Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality of finished products.
4. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary.
5. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
6. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of machines and work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
